Refund policy

This policy explains your rights to cancel, return or get a refund on DIY Campers furniture kits. It does not affect your statutory rights where kits are faulty or not as described.

All kits are made to order

Every DIY Campers kit is CNC cut and made to order for you. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.

Cancelling before production starts

If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible on 01733 609930 or via our contact form with your order number. If production of your kit has not yet started, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.

Damaged, faulty or missing parts

Please check your kit when it arrives or when you collect it, and tell us about any damage, faults or missing parts within 48 hours, with photos where possible. We will replace the affected parts free of charge or, if that isn't possible, give you a refund. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Any refund is made to your original payment method.
