This website, diycampers.co.uk, is operated by Bossway Limited trading as DIY Campers ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12162128), registered office 7 Dodson Way, Peterborough, PE1 5XJ. You can contact us on 01733 609930 or via our contact form.

2. These terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. Please read them before ordering. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Our products

We sell flat pack campervan furniture kits, CNC cut to order, supplied flat pack or assembled. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks. Product images are for illustration; colours on screen may vary slightly from the finished board. It is your responsibility to choose the kit that matches your van's make, model and wheelbase. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been accepted. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price is incorrect or the delivery address is outside our delivery area, in which case we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and optional services (assembly, custom colours) are shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

6. Delivery and collection

We deliver to mainland England only, or you can collect free of charge from Peterborough. Full details are in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.

7. Cancellations and returns

All kits are made to order. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production has started; once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where goods are faulty or not as described. Full details are in our refund policy.

8. Installation

Kits must be assembled and installed in accordance with any instructions provided and with good practice. You are responsible for securely fixing furniture to your vehicle and for ensuring your finished conversion is safe and complies with any applicable regulations and insurance requirements. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation or modification of our products.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for breach of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for business losses.
