Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver to mainland England only. We do not deliver to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or other offshore addresses. Customers outside our delivery area can collect from Peterborough. If an order is placed for an address outside our delivery area we will contact you to arrange collection or refund the order in full.

Delivery charges

Delivery is £195 per kit, calculated automatically at checkout.

Free collection

You can collect your order free of charge from DIY Campers at Bossway, Unit 7 Vitas Business Centre, Dodson Way, Peterborough, PE1 5XJ, by appointment Monday to Friday. Choose Pickup at checkout and we'll contact you when your kit is ready. Please bring a vehicle large enough to carry your kit.

Delivery times

All kits are CNC cut to order. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks from order to delivery or collection. We will email you to confirm your date once your order has been scheduled.

Receiving your delivery

Deliveries are made to the kerbside or ground floor of the delivery address and someone must be available to receive them. Please check your kit on arrival and report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours.
