This flat-pack kitchen unit is made for the Vauxhall Vivaro (2001–2014) LWB, giving you a solid base for cooking, washing up and storage. Every panel is machined on our CNC router, so the parts line up first time – no measuring, no cutting, no guesswork.
What's included in this design
- Includes fridge door cover.
- 15mm worktop.
- Rear cupboard with tambour door.
Board and colour options
- Lightweight ply – furniture-grade lightweight ply in White, Light Grey, Anthracite, Oak or Black. Need a different colour? We can supply any other colour for an extra £250.
- Hex Board – a tough standard plywood with a hard-wearing Black finish. It's a little heavier than lightweight ply but costs less.
Everything you need to build it
You get every CNC-cut panel plus all the fittings for assembly – cam fixings, hinges, screws, catches and drawer runners. There's nothing extra to buy, and the full hardware list for this kit is shown below.
Optional edge trim
For a cleaner finish, add knock-on edge trim for £120 – just pick Flat Pack + Trim or Assembled + Trim from the Build options.
A note on panel edges
Panels leave the CNC machine with raw, unfinished edges, so expect to give them a light sand when your kit arrives – or choose the edge trim option above.
Self-build or assembled
Happy to build it yourself? Order it flat pack. Short on time? Add our assembly service for £300 and we'll put the units together for you.
Delivery or collection
We deliver to mainland England and Wales for £195 per order, however many kits you order, or you're welcome to collect free of charge from us in Peterborough.
Vehicle compatibility
Designed for the first-generation Vauxhall Vivaro, built from 2001 to 2014. It also suits the Nissan Primastar of the same years, which uses the same body.
